What information is collected

Information you provide voluntarily. There is no contact form on this site. Calls to action open your own email client, phone dialler, or the booking calendar. If you choose to contact us, we receive whatever details you decide to send — typically your name, email address or phone number, and the content of your message. Providing these details is entirely voluntary.

Technical information (server logs). As with any website, the hosting server records technical usage data: IP address, browser and operating system, timestamp, and the pages requested. This is used solely to operate and secure the site, not to identify you personally or to profile visitors.

Accessibility preferences. The accessibility widget stores the preferences you select in your browser’s local storage, under the key trifold-a11y. This data stays on your own device, is never sent to us, and never reaches any third party. You can erase it at any time with the widget’s reset button, or by clearing your browser data.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising and tracking pixels. No profiling takes place, no data is passed to ad networks, and nothing is shared with social media platforms. That is also why you will not see a cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to.

Third-party services

To display the site, some resources are loaded from external servers. Loading them exposes your IP address and basic browser details to those providers, subject to their own privacy policies:

• Google Fonts (Google LLC) — serves the typefaces used on the site.
• Cal.com — powers the booking calendar embedded on the Contact page and the booking links.
• Our hosting provider — hosts the site and records the technical logs described above.

Some of these providers operate servers outside Israel, so the technical information above may be processed or stored abroad.

How the information is used

• To answer enquiries you initiate and to manage our ongoing business relationship.
• To operate, maintain and secure the website.
• To meet legal obligations that apply to us, such as bookkeeping and reporting duties.

Your information is never sold, rented, or passed to third parties for marketing purposes. It is shared only with service providers acting on our behalf, or where we are required to do so by law or court order.

Marketing and mailing lists

As of the date of this policy, we do not operate a mailing list and do not send marketing messages. Should that change, it will only happen after you give separate, explicit, prior consent, and every message will carry a simple unsubscribe option, as required by section 30A of the Communications Law.

How long information is kept

Email enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and manage the business relationship, and thereafter for any period required by law. Technical logs are kept only briefly, for security and operational purposes.

Data security

The site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect the information in our possession against unauthorised access, use, or disclosure, including restricting access to authorised persons only. That said, no system can be guaranteed impenetrable, and we therefore recommend that you do not send sensitive information by email.

Your rights

• Right of access — to request to review the information held about you (section 13).
• Right of correction — to request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or out of date (section 14).
• Right of erasure — to request deletion of the information, subject to legal retention duties.
