מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע נאסף בעת השימוש באתר זה, לאיזו מטרה, ומה נעשה בו —
בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א–1981, לרבות תיקון 13
לחוק (שנכנס לתוקף באוגוסט 2025).
בקצרה: באתר זה אין טפסים ואין איסוף פרטים. אין בו
עוגיות (cookies), אין כלי אנליטיקה, ואין פיקסלים פרסומיים או מעקב אחר גולשים.
יצירת הקשר נעשית באמצעות קישורי דוא"ל וטלפון ישירים בלבד.
מי אחראי על המידע (מנהל המאגר)
בעל האתר והאחראי על המידע הוא איציק וודה, עוסק מורשה, הפועל תחת
השם המסחרי TriFold Technologies.
מידע שאתם מוסרים ביוזמתכם. באתר אין טופס יצירת קשר. כל לחצני
הפנייה באתר פותחים את תוכנת הדוא"ל או את הטלפון שלכם. אם תבחרו לפנות אלינו כך,
נקבל את הפרטים שבחרתם למסור — בדרך כלל שם, כתובת דוא"ל או מספר טלפון,
ותוכן הפנייה. מסירת הפרטים היא וולונטרית לחלוטין; אינכם חייבים למסור
אותם, ואי-מסירתם אינה מונעת מכם לגלוש באתר.
מידע טכני (לוגים). כמו בכל אתר אינטרנט, שרת האחסון רושם נתוני
שימוש טכניים: כתובת IP, סוג הדפדפן ומערכת ההפעלה, מועד הפנייה והעמודים
שנטענו. מידע זה משמש לתפעול האתר ולאבטחתו בלבד, ואינו משמש לזיהוי אישי
או לפילוח גולשים.
העדפות נגישות. רכיב הנגישות שומר את ההעדפות שבחרתם (למשל גודל
טקסט או ניגודיות) באחסון המקומי של הדפדפן (localStorage), תחת המפתח
trifold_a11y. מידע זה נשמר במכשיר שלכם בלבד, אינו נשלח אלינו
ואינו מגיע לשום צד שלישי. ניתן למחוק אותו בכל רגע בלחיצה על "איפוס
הגדרות נגישות" ברכיב, או בניקוי נתוני הדפדפן.
עוגיות (cookies) וכלי מעקב
האתר אינו עושה שימוש בעוגיות, בכלי אנליטיקה או בפיקסלים לצורכי פרסום או
מעקב. לא מתבצע פרופיילינג, אין העברת מידע לרשתות פרסום, ואין שיתוף מידע
עם פלטפורמות מדיה חברתית. משום כך גם אין באתר "באנר עוגיות" — אין למה להסכים.
שירותי צד שלישי
כדי להציג את האתר נטענים משאבים משרתים חיצוניים. עצם הטעינה חושפת בפניהם את
כתובת ה‑IP שלכם ופרטי דפדפן בסיסיים, בהתאם למדיניות הפרטיות שלהם:
Google Fonts (Google LLC) — טעינת הגופנים המשמשים באתר.
ספק האחסון (Elest.io) — אירוח האתר ורישום לוגים טכניים כאמור לעיל.
חלק מספקים אלה מפעילים שרתים מחוץ לישראל, ולכן ייתכן שהמידע הטכני
האמור יעובד או יאוחסן מחוץ לגבולות המדינה.
למה משמש המידע
מענה לפניות שיזמתם וניהול קשר עסקי שוטף מולכם.
תפעול האתר, תחזוקתו ואבטחתו.
עמידה בחובות חוקיות החלות עלינו (למשל חובות ניהול ספרים ודיווח).
המידע אינו נמכר, אינו מושכר ואינו מועבר לצדדים שלישיים לצורכי
שיווק. העברת מידע תיעשה רק לספקי שירות הפועלים מטעמנו (כגון ספק האחסון וספק
הדוא"ל), או אם נידרש לכך על פי דין או צו שיפוטי.
דיוור ופרסום
נכון למועד עדכון מדיניות זו, איננו מנהלים רשימת תפוצה ואיננו שולחים דיוור
שיווקי. אם נתחיל בכך בעתיד, הדבר ייעשה רק לאחר קבלת הסכמה נפרדת ומפורשת
מכם מראש, ובכל הודעה תיכלל אפשרות הסרה פשוטה, בהתאם לסעיף 30א לחוק התקשורת
(בזק ושידורים).
משך שמירת המידע
פניות דוא"ל נשמרות למשך הזמן הנדרש לטיפול בפנייה ולניהול הקשר העסקי, ולאחר מכן
למשך התקופה הנדרשת על פי דין. לוגים טכניים נשמרים לתקופה קצרה בלבד לצורכי אבטחה
ותפעול.
אבטחת מידע
האתר מוגש בתעבורה מוצפנת (HTTPS). אנו נוקטים אמצעים סבירים להגנה על המידע המצוי
ברשותנו מפני גישה, שימוש או גילוי בלתי מורשים, לרבות הגבלת הגישה למידע לבעלי
הרשאה בלבד. עם זאת, אין באפשרותנו להבטיח חסינות מוחלטת מפני חדירה, ולכן איננו
ממליצים למסור מידע רגיש בהודעות דוא"ל.

This policy explains what information is collected when you use this website, for
what purpose, and what is done with it — in accordance with Israel's
Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, including Amendment 13,
which came into force in August 2025.
In short: this site has no forms and collects no personal
details. It uses no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking
pixels. Getting in touch happens through direct email and phone links only.

Information you provide voluntarily. There is no contact form on
this site. Every call-to-action opens your own email client or phone dialler. If you
choose to contact us that way, we receive whatever details you decide to send —
typically your name, email address or phone number, and the content of your
message. Providing these details is entirely voluntary; you are under no
obligation to provide them, and not doing so does not prevent you from using the site.
Technical information (server logs). As with any website, the
hosting server records technical usage data: IP address, browser and
operating system, timestamp, and the pages requested. This is used solely to
operate and secure the site, and not to identify you personally or to profile visitors.
Accessibility preferences. The accessibility widget stores the
preferences you select (such as text size or contrast) in your browser's local
storage, under the key trifold_a11y. This data stays on your own
device, is never sent to us, and never reaches any third party. You can
erase it at any time using the widget's "reset" button, or by clearing your browser
data.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising and tracking
pixels. No profiling takes place, no data is passed to ad networks, and
nothing is shared with social media platforms. That is also why you will not see a
cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to.
Third-party services
To display the site, some resources are loaded from external servers. Loading them
exposes your IP address and basic browser details to those providers,
subject to their own privacy policies:
Google Fonts (Google LLC) — serves the typefaces used on the site.
unpkg / Cloudflare — serves the icon library used on the home page.
Our hosting provider (Elest.io) — hosts the site and records the technical logs described above.
Some of these providers operate servers outside Israel, so the
technical information above may be processed or stored abroad.
How the information is used
To answer enquiries you initiate and to manage our ongoing business relationship.
To operate, maintain and secure the website.
To meet legal obligations that apply to us (such as bookkeeping and reporting duties).
Your information is never sold, rented, or passed to third parties
for marketing purposes. It is shared only with service providers acting on our behalf
(such as our hosting and email providers), or where we are required to do so by law
or court order.
Marketing and mailing lists
As of the date of this policy, we do not operate a mailing list and do not
send marketing messages. Should that change, it will only happen after you
give separate, explicit, prior consent, and every message will carry a simple
unsubscribe option, as required by section 30A of the Communications Law.
How long information is kept
Email enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and manage
the business relationship, and thereafter for any period required by law. Technical
logs are kept only briefly, for security and operational purposes.
Data security
The site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to
protect the information in our possession against unauthorised access, use, or
disclosure, including restricting access to authorised persons only. That said, no
system can be guaranteed impenetrable, and we therefore recommend that you do not send
sensitive information by email.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law you have the following rights regarding information you have given us:
Right of access — to request to review the information held about you (section 13).
Right of correction — to request correction of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or out of date (section 14).
Right of erasure — to request deletion of the information, subject to legal retention duties.
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below. We will respond
within the period prescribed by law.
We may update this policy from time to time — for example if forms or measurement
tools are added to the site. The updated policy will be published on this page and the
date at the top will change accordingly. We suggest revisiting this page occasionally.
